Faction War

Faction War is the main weekly PvP event in Season 2. It pits grouped servers into two factions (Rebels vs. Gendarmerie) in a special event map with temporary objectives. Cities are not permanently lost or captured—control resets after the event ends.


📅 Event Basics

  • Happens weekly, starting Saturday
  • Alliances are matched against each other by power
  • Includes multiple objectives (cities, towers, soil points)
  • Lasts several hours, usually split across time blocks

🎯 Main Goals

  • Capture key objectives for points
  • Defend your cities and outposts
  • Deny Rare Soil income to enemy alliances
  • Farm PvP for Arms Race and Honor Points

🛠️ Preparation

Before the event:

  • Assign rally leaders
  • Prepare buffs: Profession, Furnace, Hero, Recon
  • Fuel Furnace and Overdrive for cold zones
  • Prepare hospitals and healing speedups
  • Ensure all players are in PvP specs

⚔️ Fighting Strategy

  • Focus on rotating rally leads to avoid cooldown locks
  • Defend using zones + towers
  • Scout ahead — most PvP is determined before the fight starts
  • Time your buffs: overlapping reduces impact
  • Always have a backup rally lead ready

Control zones and tower paths often matter more than pure strength.

These objectives exist only inside the Faction War instance. Captures do not affect your home server’s map state.


🧠 Notes by Player Type

F2P:

  • Join PvP and rally support
  • Avoid solo marches
  • Time buffs with alliance leads for max value

Light Spender:

  • Use Honor and PvP points for daily upgrades
  • Lead smaller skirmishes if experienced
  • Swap drone and chip setups for defense

Whale:

  • Anchor main objectives
  • Lead multi-round city battles
  • Monitor buffs + cooldowns across the alliance
