Please check your survivors assigned to the Alliance Center.
Usually, having only gold survivors is not the best combination for maximizing your help time and help count. Often with more help count, you do not have the best help time overall.

🌟 UR Survivors Management

Here’s a neat trick to avoid upgrading survivors that are not being dispatched.
You can scroll through the deployed buildings list directly to find which survivors to upgrade.

⚠️ Don’t follow the exact upgrades in my example — I made many mistakes early on.

General tips:

Only upgrade SSR survivors once you have enough tokens.
Always upgrade UR survivors to at least ⭐1–2, regardless of their job.
After ⭐2, UR upgrades become very expensive — consider carefully before investing too many UR tokens.
